The United States is composed of 50 states including Hawaii, as well as the city of Washington, D.C., a federal district and the nation's capital. The U.S. also shares maritime borders with Russia, Cuba, and the Bahamas. It has a land area of about 9.6 million sq km. It also boasts the world's third largest population after China and India, with over 300 million people. The United States has over 10,000 cities, towns, and villages and there are a lot of beautiful and dynamic cities like Washington,D.C, Chicago, Los Angesles, Miami, Newyork, San Francisco, etc. It is one of the world's most ethnically diverse and multicultural nations, the product of large-scale immigration from many countries. The U.S. economy is the largest national economy in the world. And These are also some of the largest and most famous destinations outside of major cities.
